Call for Applications: ISEC National Directors

**NOTE: DUE TO AN OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF APPLICATIONS, THE DEADLINE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO JUNE 30**

Are you a young person passionate about leading the environmental movement in your community/country? The International Student Environmental Coalition (ISEC) is now accepting applications for new National Directors. JOIN our Network of over 30 Countries to lead and champion climate and environmental justice in your country.

ISEC is a youth-led global network of over 30 countries that provides young people the resources, community, and organizational power to engage in grassroots movements for climate justice.

Our main goals are:

• To unite young people to act against climate change globally, with a particular focus on uplifting those on the frontlines and in the Global South.

• To mobilize young people to tackle the roots of the climate crisis, namely capitalism, colonialism, patriarchy, and racism.

• To challenge corporations, governments, and institutions responsible for the climate crisis.

• To foster holistic support for individuals and groups in their climate justice projects.

ISEC supports National Directors with coalition building, resources, and other organizational assistance. National Directors commit between 5-7 hours weekly as volunteers, organizing their team, identifying environmental challenges in their communities/countries, developing projects, and leading advocacy campaigns. They also will champion the broader climate justice movement in their communities and country.

• You will receive organizational support to set up ISEC in your country.
