Ingredients for 2 servings: 0.8 dl quinoa 1 dl alfafa sprouts 1 avocado 2 tsp chili powder 1 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp lime juice tabasco according to taste
Instructions: 1. Boil quinoa according to package directions, adding a teaspoon of chili powder into the mix. 2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, the rest of the chili powder and lime juice together with the prepared quinoa. 3. Divide quinoa into two and place the portions into two glasses. 4. Dice avocado and add one half to each glass as a new layer over quinoa. 5. Divide sprouts into two portions and place them as the final layers into the glass. To finish off the treat, drizzle in Tabasco according to taste.
