Pancakes à l'Islande
This is my favourite thing to cook and I have been cooking it since I was seven. Making Pancakes à l'Islande is super easy and it takes about 20 minutes of pure fun. Save some water with #meatlessmonday and eat some delicious pancakes!
INGREDIENTS
250g flour
2 tbs. Sugar
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla extract.
50g butter
Add as much milk as needed
PREPARATION
Add the dry ingredients first, then the eggs and the vanilla extract. Melt the butter and stir in, then add the milk until the dough is thin. Finally, pour the dough thin on the pan, wait a few seconds, flip the pancake and wait a little more. Yay, you‘re done! P.S. it‘s best when you put sugar in it and roll it up.
