Vegan Egg Nog
Feeling cold and festive already? Then it's time you tried Jasmin's Vegan Egg Nog recipe!
All you need for 3 cups of lovely goodness is: -2.5 dl cashews -2.5 dl dried pitted dates -3 dl water -2.5 dl unsweetened almond milk -2 tbsp syrup -1 tsp nutmeg -1 tsp vanilla sugar -1 tsp salt
How to make the magic happen: 1. Soak dates and cashews in water for at least an hour.
2. Mix all the ingredients, including the water in which the dates and cashews were soaked, in a blender until smooth. You can add more water if you prefer a thinner drink.
3. Serve chilled.
