INGREDIENTS - 1 plain pizza crust - 1 jar tomato sauce - 2 cups mozzarella cheese - 4-5 fresh basil leaves - 1 ½ cups spinach - ½ cup of diced yellow bell peppers - 1/3 cup diced orange bell peppers - 10-12 grape sliced grape tomatoes - ¼ cup diced purple onions - ¼ cup sliced black olives
PREPARATION 1) preheat the oven to 400 °F / 200 °C 2) spread ¾ cup of pizza sauce evenly on crust 3) Evenly spread cheese 4) Place a small circle of black olives in the middle of the pizza. Then, make rings of the remaining vegetables around the olive circle, beginning with purple onions and ending with the spinach and basil leaves bordering the crust. 5) Bake for 15-20 min at 400 °F / 200 °C or until lightly browned
